Professor Shigehiro Yamaguchi Awarded the Ninth JSPS Prize

RCMS Professor Shigehiro Yamaguchi has been selected as a recipient of the Ninth (2012) JSPS Prize. By praising and highlighting fresh researchers regarded as future leaders showing promise as Nobel Prize candidates early on, this prize is awarded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science in order to stimulate and increase future scientific breakthroughs.
The theme of Professor Yamaguchi’s awarded work was titled "Creation and New Functions of π-Electron Materials with Main Group Elements."
